On a scarlet field between two gold flourishes a yellow sword crossed by a yellow torch with red flames fimbriated yellow, surmounted thereon a disc composed of three equal vertical stripes in order:  blue, yellow, and scarlet within a green border and arched beneath a maroon scroll turned gold inscribed “ARMY SUPERIOR UNIT AWARD 1995-1996” in gold letters. Between the device two maroon scrolls turned gold inscribed “2011-2012” and “2013-2014”. Arched above the device a yellow scroll turned portion blue inscribed “UNITED STATES ARMY” in blue letters and arched below a yellow scroll turned blue inscribed “TRAINING AND DOCTRINE COMMAND BAND” in blue letters.
